Founded in 2014, greosn, formerly known as Pebble Management Services, is a global holding company built on a foundation of strong partnerships and collaboration. We are dedicated to advancing the fresh produce and horticultural sectors across the entire supply chain. Operating a diverse portfolio of brands, greosn currently manages 28 businesses, including industry-leading brands in people, fruit, flowers, and plants. Our mission is to provide the support, strategic planning, and investment that businesses need to grow and thrive, unlocking their full potential and empowering the people behind them.

In the past five years, our strategic acquisition journey has led to significant growth, highlighting the effectiveness of our business model in facilitating expansion and enhancing capabilities. Each of our brands is developed to become a leader in its field, leveraging scale and a clear strategy rooted in performance, innovation, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. With global coverage across the supply chain, we have farms in South Africa and Portugal, ensuring a seamless, year-round supply network that connects all aspects of our operations worldwide. Cyd Newey opens Alveston Nurseries growing food crops after the second World War

The business acquires the remaining shares in Cre8 Accommodation and Greenyard Flowers is renamed Varefell Farm. Greenyard Flower is renamed Varefell Farms Ltd, and the business is renamed Greosn Ltd. greosn comes from the Old English word for pebble.

The business acquires Driven recrutiment under Pro-Force, strengthening the Pro-Drive division of the business.

2025

The business secures the assets to Rowe Farming strengthening Varfell Farms with over X% of the World's daffodil/bulb production.
The business acquires Mansfields a complete service in fresh produce, specialising in growing premium quality fruit at scale and providing professional storage and packing services.
The business acquires industrial division of Neeway under Pro-Force, adding two further locations to the business
